Frontline Recruitment was established in October 2000, with the objective of creating a customer – focused, solution driven company – providing superior service, support and results to the financial recruitment sector.

In March 2007, Frontline became a wholly owned division of The Kelly Group Ltd. The Kelly Groups commitment to broad based black empowerment (BBBEE) has been underlined by it’s achievement of a AAA rating from Empowerdex.

The rating makes The Kelly Group a level 2 contributor to meaningful broadband empowerment in South Africa and the company is considered to be more than fully compliant with the BEE Codes. In addition, clients of The Kelly Group can claim 125% of their procurement with the company in their own BEE credentials.

Frontline has secured and prides itself on the unique partnership we have developed with ABASA since 2004. This has resulted in Frontline co-sponsoring a number of Annual Events each year.
